7 Yoga Poses That Will Help You Lose Belly Fat

Boat Pose

Hold the Boat Pose as shown in the picture for about 60 seconds. If you can’t do 60 seconds, try 2 sets of 30 seconds.
Cobra Pose

Cobra Pose is very easy. Lie down as shown in the picture and bend from the waist. Support your hands as shown in the picture. Hold for 60 seconds.
Bow Pose

Camel Pose

Downward-facing Dog Pose

When you bend forward, it should be at a 90 degree angle as shown in the picture. Your legs and arms should be straight, not bent. You can stay like that for at least 1 to 2 or 3 minutes.
Side Angle Pose

First, position your legs as shown in the picture. Then, position your arms. Hold the Side Angle Pose as shown in the picture for 1 minute. When the time is up, switch to the left and right and repeat for 1 minute.
Plank Pose

Plank poses are essential for a flat stomach, whether in yoga or exercise. So, stay as long as you can. The longer the better.
