When it comes to working out, a plan is very important. If you work out without a plan, you will not achieve anything significant except for wasting time and effort. Only with a well-planned workout plan and consistent exercise can you achieve your bodybuilding goals.

(2) Cardio before weight training

Cardio, such as running on a treadmill for half an hour before doing intense weight training, is fine for regular gym goers, but for bodybuilding, working out with weights can be tiring, ineffective, and increases the risk of injury.

(3) Not changing your workout routine

If you repeat the same exercises, machines, and repetitions every day, you will get bored in a short time and it will also slow down your bodybuilding.

(4) No rest period limit

It is important to understand that the rest periods between exercises are valuable for everyone who works out in the gym. Using your phone without any restrictions or chatting with others is a waste of valuable exercise time.
